This Privacy Policy explains how AJNT.AI LLC ("AJNT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ajnt.ai or use our products and services, including ActiveContext, our dashboard, and our API (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information, such as your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), organization name, and team member invitations.
• Billing information, such as your plan and billing contact. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Provider credentials, such as API keys for third-party model providers that you choose to connect. We encrypt these at rest.
• Communications, such as the content of emails and support requests you send us.

AI session data

When you route an AI coding agent or chat through the Services, we process and store the content of those sessions, including prompts, messages, tool calls, code, model outputs, and related metadata such as the model used, token counts, and cost ("Session Data"). We store Session Data to provide the Services, including context curation, session history, usage reporting, and billing.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and log data, such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (country), pages visited, requests made, timestamps, and error information.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in the "Cookies" section below.

Information from third parties

If you sign in with a third-party account such as Google or Microsoft, we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image, as permitted by your settings with that provider.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process payments and measure usage for billing.
• To communicate with you, including service, security, and billing notices, and to respond to requests.
• To monitor, secure, and debug the Services and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information or your Session Data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use your Session Data to train AI models.

How we share information

We share information only as described below:

• AI model providers. To fulfill a request, we send Session Data to the model provider you or your organization selects (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or another supported provider). Each provider processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Service providers. We use vendors that process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe), authentication providers, and email delivery. They may use the data only to provide services to us.
• Your organization. If you use the Services through an organization account, administrators of that organization may access Session Data, usage, and account information for their workspace.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AJNT, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If AJNT is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure, and to remember preferences. Our marketing website also uses third-party tools, including a business visitor analytics service and web fonts served by Google, which may collect your IP address and device information. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.

Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Session Data is retained according to your account's retention setting, and otherwise for as long as needed to provide the Services. We may keep certain information longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or security purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored provider credentials, and access controls that isolate each organization's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You can also update account information and delete connected provider credentials from your dashboard.

International transfers

AJNT is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email or a notice in the Services.
